From what I heard, apart from Oasis, there will be another new airline being set up in Hong Kong and it has ordered some B 787s and B 737NGs. Can anyone confirm that? What's the name? And who is the owner?

A B787/B737NG order from Hong Kong? Well, that only reminds me of CR Airways. To speak of any new Hong Kong to commence in Hong Kong, there must be first proceedings brought by the startup to the local Civil Aviation Department on applying for an AOC (a potentially lengthy process poised to incite resistance from the status-quo) -- of which I honestly haven't heard of any just yet...
